Do I need to do anything after an account is resolved?

After you have resolved an account with one of your creditors, it is important to update this with Paydoff.  Make sure to report that you reached an agreement and when you have sent your payment(s).

Make sure to keep the Settlement Letter the creditor sent you and copies of the cleared checks for all payments sent on the settlement.  This is your proof that your account is resolved in full and that you no longer have an obligation on this debt.
