Will I receive phone calls or mail from Paydoff?

Paydoff is software that assists people in resolving their debt on their own.  It is not a debt settlement or consolidation program.  Paydoff offers support over the phone and through support tickets and email for those experiencing trouble with the software, but does not provide live support for assistance or guidance with your debt.

Typically, you will not receive phone calls or mail from Paydoff unless you have elected to take part in a feedback campaign.

Paydoff does send out emails to subscribers to remind them about upcoming scheduled Contributions or payment to creditors.  Subscribers will also receive weekly email reminders to complete items in their To Do List.  Subscribers will also receive an email confirmation once they have signed up.  While most subsribers find Paydoff emails helpful, ff you wish to opt out of emails, you can do so as shown below.
