How do I change one of my creditors?

As your debt becomes delinquent, it is likely that each of your accounts will be transferred to a Collection Agency.  Typically, you will begin receiving Collection Letters anywhere from 4-7 months of delinquency. And, it is very likely that each of your accounts will be transferred to different collection agencies every 3, 6 or 9 months. 

Each time you receive a new Collection Letter, it is very important that you update this information in Paydoff.  The screen shots below show you how to delete the old collection agency account information and then to add the new collector’s information.
